About the PanMass Challenge: A 190 mile bike ride from Sturbridge to P-Town every August. The PMC’s mission is to raise funds for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. It’s the most successful athletic fundraiser in the country and has raised over $1 Billion since 1980. 100% of all funds go directly to research and treatment programs
